HP ChemSCAN is a dedicated parallel reaction system for the rapid development of high-pressure reactions and heterogeneous catalytic systems. It features an 8-reactor platform rated for 200°C and 100 Bar (with an optional 200 Bar) - each reactor is independently controlled and monitored. Sophisticated software control enables rapid and efficient screening and development of catalytic reactions. ■ Container sizes: 16ml, 75ml, or 120ml ■ Independent temperature management for each container ■ Individual pressure control and measurement rated at 100 Bar (optional 200 Bar) with a pressure differential between reactors of up to 30 Bar ■ Online gas consumption calculation ■ Excellent mixing - enabling heterogeneous and homogeneous catalytic gas-liquid reactions ■ Software control and logging, with real-time gas uptake display for all inert purges, reaction stages, and each reactor ■ High-pressure liquid supply addition option, fully automated ■ Temperature control Each sample is isolated by its own temperature sensor and controller.
